LOGO DESIGN
Blue Canvas is a dance art collective working on several artistic projects within dance. The collective represents a free space, endless creativity, and freedom of expression. The heads behind the group deeply associate water and the color blue with their values.
The logo design incorporates the collective's initials within a shape that conveys Blue Canvas’ message through its imagery.
STAGNATION
DANCE SHORT FILM
“STAGNATION” is a socially critical dance short film that incorporates dance and sculptural art. It was nominated at eight international film festivals, made it to the semifinals of the Austrian Film Festival, received the Award for Exceptional Achievement at the Multi Dimension Independent Film Festival, and the Award for Best First Time Director at the Vesuvius International Film Fest.
Within this major project, in addition to directing, starring, and other responsibilities, I was responsible for creating several graphics to promote the film, as well as for the postproduction of the video, which also included graphic work.
6.36.216.
DANCE THEATER PIECE
“6.36.216.” is a Blue Canvas theater production based on their previous short film “STAGNATION”. For the promotion of the piece, which premiered in Salzburg in 2021, I created a flyer that incorporates certain aspects of the piece's message within its design.
